The Park Apartments has five Owners Corporation’s (OC1 to OC5).  Owners Corporation 1 (OC1) covers the common property and facilities enjoyed by all OCs, including the gardens.  OC1 is responsible for the gymnasium and pool facilities.  OC1 also has responsibility for insurance.

The number of apartments at The Park Apartments are:
    • OC2 – 106 apartments
    • OC3 – 55 apartments
    • OC4 – 105 apartments
    • OC5 – 97 apartments

 

OC2 = 2, 4 and 6 Graham Street, 1 Seisman Place and 75 to 81 Pickles Street.

OC3 = 1 to 7 Liardet Street, 2 Seisman Place and 83 to 85 Pickles Street.

OC4 = 8 Graham Street and 3 Seisman Place.

OC5 = 4 Seisman Place and 9 to 15 Liardet Street.

The complex has a high proportion of resident owners.  The Park Apartments does not allow short-term rentals (less than 30 days).
