The Park Apartments has a full-time Building Manager responsible for security, general maintenance, cleaning and the gardens.

VBCS provide our Owners Corporation Manager who is responsible for administrative tasks including fee collection, paying accounts, financial reporting, legal corporation matters and providing administrative support for the Owners Corporation committees. 
 

Building Manager

The Building Manager's office is located next to the gymnasium.  All contacts from residents (including non-resident owners) to our Building Manager, Mal Jeka, must be via our website Maintenance Request & Query Form (thepark.org.au)    Please do not text or send to the email address.             

The Building Manager is available on-site between 8am and 4pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).  In cases of emergency outside these hours, leave a message on the mobile number (0400 360 016) and also complete a Maintenance Request & Query Form.  Please ensure these are genuine emergencies.

Security

Outside the hours of 8am to 4pm, contact Excell Security on 1800 800 476.  
Note:  The security service is only responsible for common property areas.  Any disturbances in private properties must be referred to the police on 000.  The security company has no authority to enter private apartments.
